The oritginal pulleys have a seperate center so when you remove the cap screws then thread two of them into the threaded holes on the flange the hub will come loose from the pulley and then you can use a puller to remove the hub. The spindles are a press fit after you remove the pin in the spacer. You nees a strong press to take the spindle apart. Then you can install new bearings and seal.
