the price is great if you can get it for that. you just may have run across a good deal. i missed a 706 diesel a couple months ago for 1000.00 with a bad head gasket, was a little too slow on it. i did pick up a nice 240u a couple years ago, good runner a little rough with a woods cadet 6ft rotary mower and a back blade for 300.00, owner just wanted it gone. so, the deals are out there, you just gotta be ready when they come along.
