The proce is great if the tracks and undercarrage/sprockets are good enough to use. (someone must have thought so to put engine work in it) The real question is what are you capable of. 1) All parts are heavy, professional level cherry picker and O/H hoists as well as 20 ton jacks are required. 1) A 3/4" drive set is desirable. 3) Mechanical skill with transmissions, good service/repair manuals, and patience with doing it right are needed. I would not hesitate, but I have had big dozers down, as well as Industrial powershift transmissions. Best of luck, JimN
