pull the left brake cover and see if the lining is frozen to the drum in there. even tho the pedal and linkage moves, water and stuff can get under the tin cover and gum stuff up. Shawn is probably right. my 42 m was froze up on the right wheel. it was the right brake stuck. if the inner seal leaks oil into the brake area, all kinda stuff can gook it up.
