Best? IH balanced head mower. I would think based on the tractor that an IH 120 semi-mounted mower with the right hardware for the fast hitch would be the ideal thing to look for. Not sure how easy it will be to find one set up that way but the manual shows it so I guess it exists. Newest? Don't know. That never was my criteria for buying anything except an iPod. :-)
