According to the IH Archives in Madison, Wisconsin, the serial number you give as the first W-14 (WS-4134) is correct. This tractor was built on March 22, 1938. I will also say that I have seen errors in these original lists that I know with first hand knowledge are incorrect; so I would have to say that if you tractor's serial plate says W-14 at serial WS-4132 it is what you think it is. I would ask if it had the breather in the valve cover or not. Would be interesting to hear.
