Nice looking 240 ,the blade looks a little big for it. Im sorry i cant help you with the loader .The 2000 loader seems a little big for it but maybe it will work. I know if you put some thing on that tractor thats to big for it you wont be happy. If it was mine i would look for a loader made to fit the tractor and im not sure on the model number that fits.
