Pull several sparkplugs and pour in about 2 teaspoons of gas on of the top of the pistons and reinstall the plugs. Then see if the engine will fire when you try to start it. If it does you're not getting any gas to the engine. You need to check fo gas flow to the carb by didconnecting the gas line at the carb. Should have a full stream of gas. Catch the gas in a clean container. Good flow there remove the tube fitting in the carb where your gas line connects. Should be a screen behind that fitting. Remove the screen and see if it has a load of rust or dirt in it. If that's clean your carb probably needs a good cleaning. It may be gummed up from old gas. We call this the process of elemination.
