It could be just an adjustment issue. I forgot to say that the clutches that release the drive to the sprokets are located inside the transmission housing and are wet clutches whereas the brakes are dry. The clutches and brakes have to be adjusted to coordinate the clutch release and the brake application. If you decide to buy the thing, you are going to need a set of manuals.
