Saginaw makes a 3 point for a C, I have one. Mounting and dismounting is not a problem for me, although sometimes I mount-dismount from the front. The main thing is to get one with its own cylinder, then rigging a remote valve if your C does not have the factory remote. If it operates off the rockshaft, the rod will be in the way and it won't lift as much. As to price on the one you are looking at, maybe 2-$400, a new Saginaw is around $600 + shipping. Yes, fast hitch is better and will bolt up to your C, but finding one in good shape without worn out bushings may be a problem. And unless you are going to use a mounted plow a 3 point should pose no problems.
