I am sure the clutch would handle it fine, as long as it is adjusted correctly it will not slip even under very heavy load. I have a '47 M with a hand clutch and I have plowed a few times with it, even in very hard ground. I have powered out and spun out without any sign that the hand clutch was slipping.
The manual recommends not to do any heavy pulling. My personal opinion is that, as long as the clutch is in good shape and adjusted correctly, some occasional plowing will not hurt it. I would be hesitant to plow all day for days on end like what these tractors did originally. Keep in mind that heavy pulling puts extra stress on the M&W clutch parts, very few replacement parts are available new and a limited supply of used parts.
I do not have a manual specific to the Super H clutch, but I do have one for the Super M clutch, the information would be the same, just the part numbers in the parts diagram would be different. Send me and email or PM.

When I was old enough (7 or 8), I would get up early and be dressed to
