The front loader rails appear to just sit on the front brackets. Because the loader is securely attached to the axle it can't fall off.
What you need to do is get the loader situated in place on the tractor, and bolted to the rear axle. Then get some heavy steel plate and build a set of brackets to locate and support the front frame of the loader at the mounting pads on the front of the tractor.
The front brackets need to keep the loader from moving side-to-side, and need to hold it level.
Personally, I would figure out a way to bolt the front rail of the loader to those front brackets so it won't try to lift off when you push down or dig with the bucket.
