ihjasonj I could be wrong but I think Andrew means the tank fill neck is exstended on above the pipe you mean. If he means what I refer to as the long neck, the regular fill neck has a extension added above the the neck from the vent hole you refer to. Most look like there soldered to the original neck. Never checked to make sure its solder though.
