My son had a 1963 or '64 140. It had old paint, perhaps original - perhaps not, and it had International on the hood. Then, on the smaller "140" decals that went on each side of the grill, was "Farmall" in small letters just above the "140". Don't remember what was on the tag.
My 1978-79 140 has a serial number tag which reads "McCormick Farmall". It has original paint and also has "International" on the hood and the same small "Farmall" over "140" hood side decals.
I know this isn't much help, but take it for whatever it's worth to you.
