Thanks for all the responses and from what I gathered the International is probably correct for my tractor. It was an original state highway mowing tractor with a Woods belly mower. The tractor and mower still have the state highway department equipment ID tags affixed to them. There are traces of yellow paint in places so I believe the original factory color was indeed yellow. I did check all of the RPRU showbooks I have for the past 10 years or so and saw them identified in both manners. I also checked a Maple Hunter decal catalog and see they offer decal sets in both International and Farmall for the 140. Since this is just a farm use clean up mowing tractor it will remain "correct" as an International for the foreseeable future.
