Absolutely--it sounds like you have a twin of mine. My old man sorta convinced the IH dealer to 'steal' that tractor from a road dept. order so we could get it before the NJ sales tax first went into effect on August 1, 1966. We brought it home July 31. (s/n 33445 J). A truly valiant and faithful machine.
It is my understanding that International was certainly an Ag use trademark--all the big red iron 4-digit tractors were sold as International. The Farmall line in general concentrated on the row-crop segment, with adjustable axles, etc. However, the late International 140 and Farmall 140 had no difference in construction unlike the industrial models seen in other model series. I don't think my IH dealer sold anything badged as Farmall--at least not from the 1960's on.
