The second and third pictures have 2 different styles of rod from Touch-Control to the rockshaft. Your rockshaft is probably not like the one in the those pictures, but should mount the same.
The bearings thread onto the rockshaft. They should be most of the way on but you may have to give them a turn in or out to get a good fit between the fenders.
