Is it gravity feed from the tank to the injector pump? Sometimes, the lift pump is part of the injector pump, and there is a little lever or plunger to manually pump the fuel. Please note, the manual lever will not work if the pump is on high cam.
Are you getting fuel to the fuel filter from the tank? Check that out too, because you could have ice in the bottom of the fuel tank or the line going to the fuel filter. We always put dry gas (isopropyl) in all fuel tanks in the winter, gas and diesel both. Anti-gel will not get rid of water.
