I do not think there are serial number cutoff dates. First quarter production in 1950 is the window, and if the casting codes and serial # fit, it is probably a demo. if not, then it is a repaint. The value is not dramatically affected as there were many tractors repainted (both ways, red to white & white to red). If you like the fact that it falls in the range, and want it white, paint it white. Jim
