I will agree on checking the double single action setting on your valves. Broken or bent pins are a common problem, and if turned too far they will bend the guide inside valve and then even setting them where the pin lines up they can still be wrong. As far as the one valve seeming to be under pressure to move, well, here is what happens inside the valve. The little unlatching piston that is supposed to put your valve back to neutral at end of cyl stroke, has a slot in the end of it so the oil coming through the small hole in piston can bleed off, that slot gets peened shut over time and seals off so you are working against the unlatching piston trying to center the valve. Back to system staying on demand, If all fails, you may have to drill out the orfice screen, (or clean it out) in that reglulator valve assembly you replaced. As the lands on the aux valves wear (and expecially on the teledepth valve for hitch) more oil excapes past them that can get through the screened orfice. Normally though, system will work fine when cold and start staying on demand after it warms up if that is the problem.
