The B-414 has about 35 PTO HP and about 31 DB HP which would be the same on the 3414. I don't know how the shuttle transmission would hold up on heavy tillage work. Several different hydraulic pumps were available so I don't know how much hydraulic capacity this 3414 has, but, the 3414 was designed for loader/backhoe work so you would probably be in good shape for a backhoe. Worse case senario, you could add a front mounted pump for the backhoe. They were normally mounted with a 3012 or 3014 backhoe when ordered from the factory.
