Well, here's the story. I bought a 1949 W9 with a hand clutch for $300 on Thursday. I bought it in non working condition but the motor wasn't stuck. Needs work but overall looks to be in fairly decent shape. I decided to look at it tonight, didn't have fire. I pulled the mag off and noticed it was 180 degrees out. I cleaned the points, replaced the cap and rotor off of another mag I had and put a new set of plugs wires on it. Gave it some fuel and she fired right off. Sounds good but the throttle isn't working. It doesn't want to rev up. I'll look into that tomorrow. I need to find a 30 x 15 rear rim and tire though. Charles
