I am sorry, I am about to show my ignorance. When you speak of the bolstor are you refering to the heavy cast iron piece the radiator sets on or the heavy metal plate the front end is bolted onto ? It seems that other replies have stated they have accessed the ends of the bolts from below through a small hole. If you are calling the bolstor this heavy plate, this M certainly is one of those without holes. So it looks like I will have to remove the front end. What a pain!
