a 350 utility will have 28" back tires and the wheel centers are pressed steel and will be bolted to the axle with (i think) 8 bolts. a hi utility will have 38" tires and cast centers that slide on a bar axle, like the farmall models. there were 860 or so hi utilities made. lots more than that of the plain utilities. most were gas. prices range a lot- from around $1000 for a plain runner, to $25-3000 for a really nice one. tires will cost a bunch if you need to replace them. check the steering box for slop and/or welds. they are the weakest point on the 300 and 350 utilities and steering parts are like hen's teeth.
