Have a Farmall M with what seems like a sticky governor? I can move the throttle quadrant about a third of its travel from idle and no change in engine speed. Then suddenly the engine will rev like crazy and then settle down again. Almost at the same rpm. If I get the speed set as I'm mowing and I'm going up a small incline it will loose rpm's and get that "burst" again? Any ideas???
