Hi RVS, the hand brake cable can be changed from the outside. There is an upside down U support bracket bolted to the frame and a rubber boot under the bracket. Inside the rubber boot the cable will have an eye bolt on the end that fits into clevis with a pin in it. Remove pin and cable can be removed. See www.caseih.com then go search for parts 674 Brakes.
