This web site supports two different ways of displaying it. If you look at one of the menus near the top of the page, it gives you a choice. If you are in "Classic View" there is a selection you can click on for "Modern View". If in "Modern View" you can click on "Classic View". Each has advantages. The main advantages I see for "Modern View" are that any thread pops to the top of the list whan something is posted (no paging down to page 5 to see if someone replied) and posts within a thread are purely by time (no multi-branch chasing to read new posts). Advantage of "Classic View" multi-branching makes it clear what previous post a reply refers to. Another is that most of the web site's censoring of specific words only applies in "Modern View".
