The rears will work with your brackets, the bars the same. The spring rods (uprights) are different but I think you can get a piece of round stock and run it through the holes in your rear rockshaft (lift arms) so that it extends out a few inches on either side (and drill a hole near each end for a pin) and the fast hitch type will work fine. You will need some collars to keep the rod from sliding side to side. Here is a not-so-clear picture:
