You need to remove the fly wheel and the oil pan to access the rear seal on the M. CNH dealer will still have the seal, but there are aftermarket seals out there too. Make sure that you soak the seal well before installing. They are 2 halfs made of felt. If you dont soak them in oil before installing they will become burnt out by the friction on the crank and leak again...
