Are you sure you have a good clean supply to the carb? Sometimes you can hold the jet up to a light and look through it, it will "look" clean but still have crap in it. Run a small drill bit by hand through it. If you did all that then you should be good in that area. Is your timing correct? Do you have any more details? It would help out more in determing your problem.
