If you have a deep socket that will just fit inside that spline on your clutch disc and in the bearing in your flywheel, that will work too. That's what I used on an A in 1976. Put a light coating of oil the output spline so it will slide on easily. Hal PS: I don't see any torque specs for the clutch cap screws, but I think 35 foot-pounds should be ok. Take a look at your new clutch disc to see if it has a direction on it. Like toward flywheel.
