For the C-113/C-123 blocks there are two sizes of bores (in the block) for the sleeves. Most (including your C) have a 3 5/16 diameter where the o-rings seal. The 354898 block (R1 throught R4) has a 3 7/16 diameter bore where the o-rings seal.
Your options at this point are either to return the kit and get the correct one with the smaller outside (and inside) diameter sleeves. Have your current block bored out by a machine shop to accept your larger sleeves. Or to search for the 354898 block. If you choose to search for the newer block beware, unless I'm very much mistaken the 100/200, 130/230, 140/240 all use blocks with a 3 5/16" lower opening diameter. So you would be looking for a block from a '53 or '54 Super A or Super C.
