Just bought a 53 Cub and finally got it running. I'm trying to move the governor control lever when it's running and it is extremely difficult. Moving the handle does advance the RPMSs but it's very hard to move. I also noticed the teeth in the plate that hold the handle in place are pretty well busted off. Should the handle be that hard to move?
