Kevin's Machine and Welding on Carvers Rock Rd in Avalon, WI can make one for you. Just north of Clinton, WI. He is pretty good with that stuff. I never heard of a kit for doing it esp with a 454/455. Usually they are cheap, available motors like 350/351. Kevin could get you going on the plate to go to the trans and the motor mounts.
