Well here i am not a real expert BUT ,back when the 806 first came out i had the pleasure of driving the first one in our area off the tuck back in then end of Aug. 1963 and my boss was the man that bought it about 4 hours after the tire were on the ground and it had Flat tops and a week later my uncle bought the next one to hit the ground here and it had flat tops. Now as to the S/N of both tractors i never paid any attention back then . The flat tops were and option and the clam shells were std.
