depends on the land i guess. where i work we chop everything with a JD 4020 and a jd 3950 chopper and 16 ft boxes. that is with some pretty good hills. pulls it just fine and runs it fine at the same time. chopping corn is a little slow but we can move right along with haylage. for your situation i would almost say that like an 856 would be sufficient. im no expert by far but im just stating from experience.
