Download the picture to one of the gallerys to the left. When you do that they will give you a URL to link to. It will say something like "Use this URL to link the the picture in posts." I use the modern board and it is pretty easy bc all the stuff is in ADVANCED POSTING TOOLS (it may be in classic, too)
I would have to guess you do it in classid by hitting Img Up top then pasting the URL you copied before then hitting Img again to close it out.
