I've ordered from him since 2002, even bought a tractor from him. His parts prices are as fair as you will find, and cheaper than most. The number is an office number. He usually does not have help, thus spends most of the day on the phone, but also has to take time to gather and pack parts, etc. He is available Saturday but not Sunday.
