Hello guys,
Just signed up this morning. Glad to have found you. Just wanted to say hello and tell you all a little about me.
My family has been farming in North Florida for better than 100 years. Currently we have 53 acres that my grandfather purchased in 1940, all we do really is run a few head of cattle and grow a little bit of peas.
My grandfather quit farming with mules and bought a JD "L" back in the 40's, wish I had that, and then moved on to the farmall's. He had an "A" or two and then settled down with the 140's. We still have the last 140 he purchased new in 64'
Over the years my father and I have aquired 3 more 140's and just about anything else you can attach to the 140. Anyways, I will try to post some pics of our on-going restorations, we don't get in a hurry so be patient. I will also try to help out with questions that I can answer, my father is a wealth of knowlege on the 140 and i'll drag him over if needed too!
