that doesnt seem like a bad price, your missing a few pieces there mainly the large spring that goes on the top. Its also a 2-14's for what looks like in the pic for the super c. I have one for mine and its great the fast hitch plows pull well and do a great job. It can be used on a 300 or even 400 all you have to do is put in shims under the prongs. IH made actual spacers for this, but you can make your own.
