It may be cheap because the wear parts are worn out. Without those, the plow is worthless. New moldboards and shares for that plow are no longer manufactured, unless Crescent Forge and Shovel is back in business. You can occasionally find NOS parts, or decent used parts, but there's always a stampede of people climbing over each other to get at them, and prices are high.
