Jim even though you cleaned the strainer screen in the bowl and the bowl itself, you might have to drain the gas out and remove the strainer assembly and make sure the inlet pipe and the channels are all clean. You could have some rust in the inlet pipe or around the cuttof valve slowing down the flow rate. I just went through this problem on my combine.
