Your parts guy looked at the wrong diagram, it is not listed with the brakes, but with the Rear Axle differential diagram, a couple of pages earlier. The number is 48498D, later numbers are 358777R91 and 360252R91. They are all the same seal. A bearing place or maybe NAPA will be cheaper than CaseIH. With the drum off you have to pull or dig it out. It is not necessary or desireable to remove the bearing cage, to do that you have to pull the transmission/differential cover. Just drill a hole in the seal, insert a screw and try to pull it out first. That usually does not work for me, I have to destroy the seal to get it out.
