I've got a set of those bolt out's or whatever they are called that I got from Sear's to remove rounded off bolt heads. It's about the same size of the head of the bolt and you put in socket or box wrench, tap on the head of the bolt and give it a turn. Have been successfull with them most of the times I've had to use them.
