I do buy from OEM, the parts they make are not perfect, but usable. Don't remember if I ever got a tracking number -- got a Super A battery box last week, they had to make it, got it in about 2 weeks. It is ok, the usual flaws are not noticeable. A lot of people sell hoods and grills, my guess is they come from OEM, but I don't know that. Something relatively new--Bates Corp sells reconditioned grills, they have the tools to straighten the bars (anyone can buy the tools). Paid $450 + shipping for a Super A grill (price is rather steep) The bars appear perfect, they did not fix some of the small dents in the rest of it. It comes with a rather messy primer job, but I was intending to strip it and reprime with epoxy primer anyway, the dents are easy to fix. So I am satisfied, It has a new screen installed correctly. I saved about $150 over a new one, my old one was warped and unfixable.
