I thought you said it was a Super A, the number says 1944 International A as noted below. The tractor was typically used by highway depts for mowing, or any place else that needed a more sturdy tractor, thus the heavy duty front axle. I have never cared for foot throttles, except perhaps in road gear -- don't know what its intended purpose was. Otherwise the engine, transmission, ect are the same as the straight A. Could be worth "slightly" more than an ordinary A, but not much. Remember it is an International and not a Farmall. Usually yellow, but IH would paint what ever color the individual, state agency or business wanted. Some left the factory red.
