My answer will be a hybrid of the two below. It was very common for the As to be shipped with a pressed/stamped steel wheel on the left side and a cast wheel on the right. This in addition to the weight of the operator on the same side was generally enough to overcome any tendency of the offset design to tip to the left in normal and prudent operation on a sidehill or turn.
If you should have one with stamped wheels on both sides, a single wheel weight on the right side would have the same effect.
If you already have the conventional steel on the left and iron on the right, and are merely adding weight for traction, then adding weights on both sides would be appropriate.
