Well...... its alot of work. As for the dip stick it could be 2 things 1st, a M&W dip stick, pretty rare not likely, 2nd a latter block put in ie 300 or 350 block. You would have to check the cast numbers on it and see what you have for sure. If you can get it for under 450 or so you may have a chance at not loosing you shirt. Either way you will have to dump in a lot of money. I guess it depends if the price is right and how much you want that H. Just keep in mind that you can get a good running H for 750 - 1200 range.
