It's worth $300. Scrap is at $230 a ton here in SC WI. That's your only competition. An H should weigh around 5000 lbs, but they will dock you for the tires. Figure it is worth about $400 as scrap. I was going to say offer him $250, but you don't want him to get pissed and scrap it.
