Your problem is not jets, to the best of my knowledge they were the same. The problem is either the float is set too high or the needle valve and seat are bad. Remember this tractor is different than others because it has a fuel pump. They are fussy about float settings and require a good needle valve and seat because the fuel is under more pressure than a gravity system. hope this helps.
